Looking for a cartoon
This is going to be a tough one. We're looking for a cartoon that
starts in a blizzard, the mother chicken is trying to brood her eggs,
but her butt is too cold. She goes over to the stove and warms her
butt up to cherry red and goes to sit on the eggs. As she gets close,
all the eggs pop open and the little chickens scream; "DON'T DO IT!!!!

And, In Conclusion -- The Tale Of Despereaux
I'm not going to goof around with an introduction this time, I'm going
to get straight into it. The Tale Of Despereaux is a tricky movie to
enjoy. I mean, it is enjoyable. But afterwards, when you try to
explain why you liked it, too many things about the movie get in the
way. And yet you can't quite feel like bringing the movie down

And, In Conclusion -- Delgo
If I had posted this a few minutes earlier, I would have beaten the
other post about it. ;-)
Art is a risk. Always will be. Any time someone does art for public
consumption of any kind, they are basically saying, "I am confident I
can engage an audience and get the reaction I want." And this is
borne of some sense that the artist knows what the audience wants to

Trying to find name of animated movie with giant set to Simon & Garfunkel songs
Hi,
As a kid at school they used to project a movie on rainy days. It was
about a grumpy giant who lived in a castle and kept kids out. Then,
winter and fall seasons visited, and convinced him otherwise.
Anybody know what this is? I can't find it anywhere.

Let's talk for a minute about crowd pleasers.
It's an odd contradiction in the entertainment world that the things
with dedicated artists behind them, trying to bring something new to
audiences and push the boundaries of their arts, will often be ignored
in favor of things that go for general recognition. It happens in

Commercial exports versus preserving domestic resources
Forget "guns or butter". It's "butter or butter" now. In the middle
of a recession. Things done changed.
Producing animation and graphics novels is probably a greener
